In 2008, the Kilties took a major step forward. Under the leadership of director and program coordinator,
Scott Stewart, The Kilties are proving that excellence and enjoyment are not conflicting terms. Well known and well respected within the drum corps community, Stewart was the Director of the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps from 1977 to 2002, and program coordinator from 1980-2002. In 2006, he led the very successful Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project. (CLICK FOR COMPETE STORY)
